Trip Process

  • Fill Out Trip Interest Form (linked below)

  • Receive an Email from Global Passion with Application Links (within 1 week of interest form submission)

  • Apply on Managed Missions by Creating an Account or Using a Previous Year’s Account

    • Your Application & Deposit are the only way to hold your spot for the trip.

  • Receive your Trip Welcome Newsletter (within 1 week of application). This will contain:

    • All Necessary Forms

    • Fundraising Packet & Materials

    • Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

  • Receive Follow-Up from Your Trip Outreach Coordinator (within 1 week of Welcome Newsletter)

  • On the First Friday of each month, you will receive a Trip Newsletter with due dates, prayer requests, and more.

    • Packing List & Dress Code will be sent 90 days before travel.

  • 30 Days prior to your trip, if you are paid in full, you will receive your FINAL Newsletter. This will contain:

    • Necessary Confirmation and E-Ticket Numbers

    • Basic Trip Schedule

    • Final Trip Preparation Materials
